The brief

York Towers sells Georgian property to international investors — new developments and resale homes in Tbilisi, Batumi and nearby — from a head office in Tbilisi and sales offices in the Gulf.

Its buyers often decide from abroad and look at yield, payment plans and construction progress first. The site had to put those up front, carry a growing portfolio and let every enquiry reach the right office, in English and Arabic.

What we built

We designed and built the site around the portfolio. Current projects and resale homes sit side by side, each card showing the location, starting price, area and how far construction has gone, and every project page sets out the key figures, the case for investing, amenities, layouts, the payment plan and the location on a map.

Each enquiry starts with the visitor's office: a call-request form, a three-step 'Find your match' questionnaire on budget, country and projects, a brochure download, and a sticky 'Contact Sales' panel that puts the local sales manager one WhatsApp tap away. The Arabic version reads right to left.
