The brief
Materia develops premium residential projects around Tbilisi — the Outlook Forest tower in Krtsanisi and Tabakhmela Estates, a community of land plots. Each project had to be shown in full, in Georgian and English, and every enquiry had to reach the sales team with its source attached.
What we built
We designed and built the site on Next.js, with an admin of its own: the team edits page content, the blog and the search snippets for each language themselves.
Project pages carry the key figures, amenities, plot types and materials, with the location on a map. Every enquiry, from the contact form or the 'Book a call' window, goes straight to the sales team with the campaign it came from.
