At every wedding, trip or party the best photos end up scattered across a hundred phones. Relive is the product we built to fix that: a host creates a memory, shares a QR code or a link, and everyone's photos and videos flow into one live feed.
It had to be effortless for guests — no app required, just a phone number — and solid behind the scenes: uploads from many phones at once, payments in lari, and moderation for the host.
We designed and built the platform on Next.js with Postgres: the landing, the web app, the staff admin and the API the iOS and Android apps use, all on one typed contract.
Guests join with a phone number and an SMS code. Uploads go straight from the browser to Cloudflare R2, HEIC photos are converted on the device and videos are transcoded by a worker, and a whole memory downloads as one ZIP. Hosts get members, moderation and analytics for each memory; payments run through cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank transfer and the app stores, with refunds handled in the admin.
The landing's copy and images are edited in a small CMS, without a deploy, in English and Georgian.
