The brief
Well House has been developing premium residential projects in Tbilisi since 2015, from Verita Kavtaradze, a large mixed-use complex in Saburtalo with homes, shops and offices, to two boutique buildings on Titsian Tabidze Street.
The site had to present each project in its own right, help buyers from Georgia and abroad find a specific apartment, and work in Georgian, English and Russian.
What we built
We designed and built the site around the projects, which the homepage presents one at a time. Each project page lets a buyer pick a floor and see how many apartments are still available on it, browse apartment types with their area ranges, floors and starting prices, and download the presentation.
Buyers can also search every apartment across all three projects by project, type, price, area and floor, save the ones they like to a favourites list, and book a call from any page. Project pages add a live camera on the construction site, and a buyers' FAQ, articles and videos complete the site.
