Traverse runs small-group and private tours from Tbilisi across Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and holidays in Greece. Its travellers arrive from different markets, so the site has to read naturally in English, Georgian, Greek and Russian.
Tours, departures and prices move through the season. The team needed to change them without a developer, and to turn browsing into requests they can answer quickly.
We built the site on Next.js with Payload CMS inside the same app: tours, destinations, travel styles, guides and reviews are edited in one admin, while departure dates and seats come from a shared Google Sheet the team already works in.
Travellers filter tours by style, destination, duration and month, see prices in lari, dollars or euros at the day's exchange rate, and send a booking request from the tour page — or describe a trip of their own in the custom-tour form. WhatsApp is one tap away throughout.
Each page exists only in the languages it is actually written in, and hreflang and the sitemap follow from that. Analytics stay off until a visitor opts in to cookies.
