Primelist Invest, part of the Tbilisi group Primelist Global, builds and manages property portfolios for investors who want to own real estate in Georgia directly. It does not sell properties and is not a fund: it structures, sources, monitors and exits portfolios on the investor's behalf.
That model needs explaining, and the readers are investors coming to Georgia from abroad. The site had to set it out plainly in English, make the case for the market, and turn a reader into an enquiry.
We designed and built the site as an editorial, scroll-led read. The services page sets out three portfolio types — income, growth and hybrid — and the services that run from strategy to exit, and 'Why Georgia' is a long-form market letter with its own contents, figures and charts.
A newsroom carries press items and market letters, filtered by type and sorted by date, with a sign-up for the quarterly investor letter. The enquiry form opens from every page and asks what an adviser needs before a first call: jurisdiction, the reason for getting in touch and an indicative ticket size.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Describe the problem and we will tell you what it takes to solve it — scope, budget range, timeline — even if the answer is that you do not need us.
