The brief
Compass Development is a Tbilisi developer whose current project, Compass Makhata, is a boutique, low-rise residential building on Makhata Street in Old Tbilisi, a few minutes' walk from Holy Trinity Cathedral and Avlabari metro. Its apartments are aimed at young couples and families, and at buyers who plan to rent them out.
With one building to sell, the site had to explain the location, the architecture and the after-sales service as clearly as it presents the apartments, in Georgian, English and Russian.
What we built
We designed and built the site. Visitors choose a floor on an image of the building, or browse every apartment in a list with its plan, area, floor and price. Each apartment page gives the total, living and terrace areas, a room-by-room breakdown, 3D and 2D plans, the price per square metre and in total, in dollars or lari, and a PDF presentation.
The project page sets out the key figures, the building's specification and the post-construction service, answers common questions and shows the location on a map. A call request and quick links to WhatsApp, Viber, phone and email stay within reach, and a news section follows the project.
