The brief

Chronometri is a business-class, mixed-use complex by Lisi Lake in Tbilisi, combining apartments and penthouses with a business centre, offices, a pool and spa, a gym and underground parking.

Sales are run by an outside agency, so the site had to do the first part of their job: let a buyer find a specific apartment, see its plan and price, and ask for a call, in Georgian and English.

What we built

We designed and built the site around apartment selection. Visitors pick a floor on the building and see which apartments on it are available, reserved or sold, or search the whole complex by bedrooms, floor, area and price.

Each apartment has its own page with 3D and 2D plans, a downloadable floor plan, its areas and floor, and its price under each payment plan in dollars or lari, with similar apartments below and a call request one click away. The project page answers buyers' common questions on location, amenities, payment terms and handover condition, and a blog carries construction updates and buying guides.
