“Surville” is a new neighborhood in Mtskheta, close to nature, and in an ideal location. It is currently being built in the Aragvi Valley, with the concept of a European-type residential area. The closed, fully equipped, and protected project is surrounded by greenery and a forest park. The apartments are being constructed with the highest quality materials and 80% of the villas have already been built.

Before we took on this project The company had already hired a UI/UX designer who created this complex but unique, comfortable, and attractive design and structure displayed here. Our client’s goal was to turn this design into a reality in the shortest possible time. The main challenge of developing this website was to maintain the home selection functionality and its internal page.
Result.
After forming the agreement and the technical task, we started to work. In a month and a half, we handed over the project, which fully met the customer’s request, and is distinguished by its unique visuals. The website also has modules such as gallery, construction progress, etc. We gave the sales team an admin panel from where they can easily control the statuses of the sold apartments and update them.
UI / UX Design
The visual side of the website is completely customized built according to their brand identity and branding guidelines. Website structure is planned using advanced UX techniques. Each section shows the benefit of the location to the site visitor from different angles. The goal of each subsequent section is to generate more interest and get the customer to book a call with the sales team.
Apartment Choise
The most interesting feature of the website is the house selection. We have created three ways for the buyer to find the desired villa.

Choosing from apartment types: here the customer expresses interest not in a specific house but in an apartment type.

This page is equipped with all the necessary modules. Each floor layout, mockup, rendering, or drawing is perfectly sorted and presented. Comfortable UX and attractive UI make the browsing process more pleasant. Customers can also download the PDF plan and easily book the house.
